How to Use:
You can use this either BEFORE you apply makeup or AFTER you apply makeup to get better hydration in skin. 

BEFORE MAKEUP
Wash face, then apply one spritz of Roses & Rubies on face and neck. No need to use multiple sprays ( a little bit goes a long way) 
Then apply Time Freeze Max, Followed by Best DNA Repair Cream, then makeup 

AFTER MAKEUP
After you apply your makeup, just spritz lightly once on face and neck (again, a little bit goes a long way) to get a re-hydrated, glowing without oil look into skin.
